Can you believe that we are now on the first day of November? This year has included a lot of reflection for me and I know for others as well. Words can be so incredibly important. Some of my favorite words are actually 4 letter words. Ooops, did I just say that? I mean it though. There are so many amazing 4 letter words that just roll off my tongue! I hope you even hear me use them....often.
So, this month, I am trying to be intentional. Even through my grief, there is hope. And, so hope is my first 4 letter word for the month! So what does hope mean to you? For me, practically speaking, it means that there is a door that I can walk through into the future. There is laughter, smiles, tears all wrapped into one with this word.
My challenge for you this month is to think about your own word of the day. I'm going to provide mine each day, you can think about it, mull it around in your head and use it to focus. If you want to share, feel free. If not, keep it your own little secret. Or pick your own word.
