I love sharing what yoga has done for me. One of my colleagues has been "lectured" by me for years to try yoga - to find her Zen. Her daughter, Courage, embraced the calmness and peacefulness of yoga and, now, Mom, is loving it and finding her breath!
Today is International Yoga Day. It's not about how flexible you are or how strong you are. It is about finding yourself, embracing the presence, breathing in and out, and celebrating how you implement that calmness as you go on with your crazy, hectic, stressful lives.
I wobbled last week, but I'm figuratively standing strong today! Find your strength today! Move forward with whatever support you need to support you through the wobbles of your life - whatever that be!
