The weekend is coming! What are your plans for self-care? My plans are a trip to the Farmer's Market Saturday morning and then yoga in the park to get my Zen on after a hectic week of driving (800 miles - ouch).
I will celebrate myself. I will take care of myself and I will do it with compassion. Sometimes, we are too hard on ourselves and too critical. I will breathe. I will relax. I will be rejuvenated.
I encourage you to do something nice for yourself. Take a yoga class. Eat a piece of chocolate. Get a massage. Go for a walk. Journal. Heck, do all of it! Here's to an amazing weekend with family and friends.
